With all the changes and disruptions in 2020, managers have often found it difficult to focus on their employees’ performance.
This is unfortunate because many employees have problems: 34% of employees say they feel more burned out than a year ago and 38% say they suffer from video conferencing.
Employee goals and plans continued to evolve in 2020, with more than half (51%) of employees saying they considered moving due to remote working options.
